Bath Ecoshop is an online home goods retailer specializing in eco-friendly bath products.
They needed a new online store for their products after having identified an opportunity to market eco-friendly bath products.
That was when I made my entrance.

-I created a new Shopify account for Bath Ecoshop and created an online store
-I uploaded their first product listing details
Selar is an e-commerce store builder that allows African creators to sell their content, digital products, and services to anyone worldwide.
This store was created to provide students with productivity tools.
To get this project to fruition,
-I performed a competitive analysis of various Etsy stores in the same niche
-I created a new Selar account
-Created product groups and categories
-I created the product listings
-I designed the product creative in Canva
-I integrated Mailchimp into the store to collect emails for email lists
Dress and Play is an e-commerce business that sells pre-owned clothing and toys for babies and toddlers.
One of their business goals for the year was to improve their conversion rate by 10%.
To attain their goal, they decided to conduct a customer survey to uncover any issues their customers might have with their products or online shopping experience, to identify areas for improvement.
That's where I came in.
I created their customer survey using Google Forms.
-I began by writing a short invitation sentence
-I added demographic questions
-I added customer satisfaction questions
-I included a Net Promoter Score question
-I ended with an open-ended question
