I was assigned the task of planning the brand's content for 2 days of the first week of May.
Based on our campaign brief:
-I selected the top 3 social media platforms with the highest volume of our target audience
I chose the posting frequency for the campaign based on each platform's feed type and posting times based on our peak target audience activity range.
-I reviewed events and programs happening within that period of the year to get inspiration for our post topics
-I reviewed our top-performing posts and top content formats for each platform I chose to determine the content formats to adopt for our campaign content
-I wrote an overview of our contents and described the assets needed for the completion of each post before scheduling at the designated time and platform
Great Grounds is a regional chain of coffee shops.
As part of the team responsible for their marketing, we monitored their Twitter account and collected data about and around their brand.
I reviewed the collected data to learn what their customers and competitors thought about the brand and their products and to uncover any emerging trends.
After reviewing the data, I wrote a detailed report containing my findings, insights, and suggestions based on my analysis.
We had previously scheduled 2 posts for a particular campaign.
The goal of these posts was to increase engagement.
I analyzed both posts to determine if our goal was achieved.

The company had recently upgraded its website, and to share these improvements and drive traffic to the website, the company was planning to offer a 20% discount on all orders online.
They requested my help to develop the paid social media Ad campaign to promote their offer.
